Eligibility and Age Limit – Manipur Judicial Service Exam 2024 and 2025 – Grade III Judicial Magistrate Civil Judge
i. The candidate should be a citizen of India.
ii. Age Limit: On the last date fixed for receipt of applications, the candidate must not exceed the age of 35 Years for Unreserved (UR), 38 Years for OBC(M) / OBC(MP), 40 Years for ST/SC
iii. Educational Qualification: The candidate must be a holder of a degree in law from a recognized University established by law in India.
Desirable Qualification
It is desirable that applicants have knowledge of Manipuri / other local languages of Manipur.
Stage 1 : Written Examination: 400 Marks (Minimum Bench Mark – 50% for UR/OBC & 45% for ST /SC). Provided that ST/SC candidates who obtain more than 45% but less than 50% shall not be eligible for appointment against the unreserved vacancies.
Stage 2 : Viva Voce: 70 Marks (Minimum Bench Mark – 40%)
