DU LLM Entrance 2018 Test pattern and Syllabus

1. The LL.M. Entrance Test will be held at various Centers located in Delhi and selected major cities across India
2. The test will be of two hours duration.
3. The language of the Entrance Test will be English.
4. Each question shall carry four marks. For every correct answer, four marks will be awarded and for every incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.
5. No mark will be awarded or deducted for a question which is left unanswered.

Syllabus for the DU LLM entrance test

The Test Paper will consist of one question paper containing 100 questions (New pattern) .
(The 2017 DU LLM Entrance also only 100 questions, papers of prior years had 175 questions)

  • Law of Contracts
  • Sale of goods Act
  • Law of Torts
  • Consumer Protection Act
  • Family Law (Hindu law & Muslim law)
  • Public International Law
  • Criminal Law
  • Company law and Partnership
  • Intellectual Property Rights
  • Cyber Law
  • Environment Law
  • In addition a few questions may address contemporary legal issues
