Essential Qualifications for Law Officers at NTPC
Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent – full time degree from recognized Indian university / institute) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC / PWD candidates).
Candidates with 5 year integrated law degree will be given due preference. Candidates should be registered with the Bar Council as a practicing Advocate at the time of application.
Essential Work experience for Recruitment through CLAT PG LLM
Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of full time work experience in the field of law in India such as practicing at Bar /working with Law firms / handling legal work under employment with private / public organization or with Central/State Government. Internship during continuation of LLB programme will not be considered as experience.
Age Limit for NTPC Law Officer recruitment
Upper age limit is 30 years as on last date of online registration for the NTPC recruitment, as mentioned in the official announcement.
Selection Process for NTPC PSU Recruitment through CLAT PG LLM
Eligible candidates will have to appear for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for Post Graduate programme. Candidates will be short listed for further selection process based on the scores of CLAT (Post Graduate programme) and the requirement.
Only the current year’s CLAT PG scores are accepted for the application. Previous years scores are not valid.
