Constitutional law

Directive Principles of State Policy: Their importance, relationship with Fundamental Rights, and implementation through legislation.
State Structure: Powers and functions of the President, Prime Minister, Governor, Parliament, State Legislature, and Judiciary.

I. P. C. (Indian Penal Code)

General Principles: Definitions of crime, essential elements, general exceptions, and common criminal intentions.
Specific Offences: Focus on major offenses against the human body (murder, assault), property (theft, robbery), and public tranquility.
Punishments: Understanding the types of punishments, their application, and recent amendments (e.g., Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act).

Cr. P. C. (Criminal Procedure Code)
