Pioneer Legal Internship in 2024 for LLB Students

Pioneer Legal has a very structured internship process for providing law students with a great learning opportunity and real-life work experiences.

In addition, almost all fresher hires and paralegal hires at Pioneer Legal are made on the basis of students who intern with them. Interns who meet their high standards may be given the opportunity to repeat internship for subsequent periods also.

Eligibility and application process for internship at Pioneer Legal :

• Students pursuing a degree course in law are eligible for internship at Pioneer Legal.
• The Firm does not discriminate on the basis of law schools.
• Students in the 3rd year and above, of the 5 year course or 2nd year and above, of the 3 year course may apply.
• Internships must be for at least 4 weeks.
• Internship may be extended where requested by the intern, depending upon the performance of the intern and availability of internship slots.
• All applications for internship should be made to hr@pioneerlegal.com or you can apply through the internship form on their website.
• If shortlisted, you will be informed by HR and an interview will be set up.
• Candidates are screened through a skype interview or a telephonic interview.
• These are short chats and are usually conducted by one of the associates of the Firm.
• If your internship is confirmed, you will be informed by HR.
• If your application is rejected, you will receive an email from HR informing you of the same.
• While Pioneer Legal endeavours to reply to every email they receive, at times, it may not be possible.
• A rejection of an application does not mean that they will not consider you for an internship in a subsequent year. You are free to re-apply in the next year.
• You are free to submit an application for internship through a referee in the Firm – However, a referral will not guarantee an internship. You will still need to go through the normal interview process, and it will be conducted by someone other than the referee.
• If selected, you are required to submit the documents / information requested by the HR within 1 week of your internship being confirmed through email.
• On completion of the internship, the intern should complete the closure formalities as requested by the Pioneer Legal’s HR.
• On successful completion of the full duration of internship at Pioneer Legal, you will receive a completion letter and a nominal stipend amount.
