What is Inbound investment law practice?
As one of the world’s largest and fastest growing economies, India offers immense opportunities for foreign investors who wish to establish businesses or invest in India. Investment Such inflow of funds and capital from other countries into India, in any sector is termed as Inbound Investment.
Over the years, the Government has actively simplified and eased out policies for Foreign Investment in India. Various sectors such as Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Service (ITES), telecommunications, power services, retail, automobiles, real-estate, food processing, oil & Natural gas, chemicals and manufacturing have attracted foreign investments in the recent years.
Inbound investment can be broadly classified into:

- Foreign Institutional Investment (FII)
